The yearly event was held at Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. For the past couple of years, Cars2Charities has been a sponsor at the Wiggle Waggle Walk. Animal lovers were encouraged to register either as an individual or as a team and walk their choice of a three-mile or one-mile route around the Rose Bowl. Walkers were more than welcomed to walk with their dogs or with fellow animal lovers. The walk had a starting time of 9 a.m., spectators cheered on participants and their pups.

Once the walk ended, visitors were able to walk around the park and visit booths where freebies were handed out. Cars2Charities was there passing out goodies such as chap sticks, pens, water bottles, and USB chargers for cell phones. There were also plenty of activities at the event. The Pasadena and Arcadia K9 units held exciting and informative demonstrations. There was also a fun costume contest which displayed the latest in Canine Couture.  If you were thinking of adopting a pet, there were plenty of animals looking for a new home. For lunch, there were lots of options as there were food trucks lined up, all with vegetarian options.

The event was incredibly successful as it had over 1,143 participants and raised $204,135.36. All proceeds from the event go to Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA and help provide food, shelter and medical care to animals currently in their care.
